Message A great time for all who attended both days. Nice Z’s with some good numbers. I had my car tuned on pump gas only. I don’t take it to the drag strip, even though I work there part time. I do go out on road courses several times a year, not enough to warrant a tune on race gas. The mountain canyons west of town, it would get too expensive. Big thanks to Woody for grilling lunch both days, the water, and ice. This is my car.

Arrived at the place a little early to avoid traffic, I was setting in the shade waiting for them to open and everyone else to show up.

Car is setting on the roller with Greg checking out engine bay for throttle body sink, timing check, and anything else visible, only one hose clamp not in the right place.

It is Seb’s turn to check out the engine controls. By the way Greg said the boost controller fit the car’s age and works perfectly. Usually boost controller hidden under the dash. I don’t change boost setting, @ 17psi her and I are very happy.

Greg in charge putting the car through its paces to see what it does. The first time the car run to 7,000 rpm I was thinking what is going to go flying, what did I forget? After the first time I was OK because it is still together and running.

First pull to see where she is at so Greg & Seb know what they have and where to go from here.

Three more pulls with Greg & Seb working their magic and this is what turns out. Right at an hour to tune and I was off the dyno. I must have a popular setup which they have lots of charts for starters.

The car was healthy before this, but just backing it off the dyno after tuning was finished, I could tell the difference. On the way home what a difference, I have never felt this car this healthy and smooth before and I have own this car for 17 years.
